The Company has designed a revolutionary new neighbourhood
sports, entertainment, recreation and education complex.

Based on the unique physical requirements needed for sports surfaces, the Company originally
designed a financial, marketing and physical model around the need to build a new facility to deliver
these services. This model requires a significant new investment in a physical structure.

This made the business model more of a real estate development play than a services business.

BUT, a more viable approach to bringing these services to market has evolved - retrofitting an
established physical plant.

The recent economic downturn has enhanced the opportunity to pursue this retrofit business strategy.
Most community and even professional sports complexes are uniquely focused on and designed for specific sports – regardless
of whether they are supplied by local governments, or more recently by the private sector. The provision of sport-specific playing
surfaces becomes the almost singular focus of all design and financing discussions.
Usually this results in a facility with Limited Revenue-Generating capacity.

This facility is designed PRIMARILY to generate revenues - this facility is primarily focused on families.
Typical suburban families with several kids, involved in a myriad of over-lapping sports and activities.

Of course it has sports facilities.
The Company will deliver very high quality facilities at below market costs.

The unique programs and services designed for the complex make the physical form factor in our plan merely a stage
for exciting programming, and can be adapted to many designs, in many old buildings.

The facility itself will actually be in a position to provide funding for high-performance programming,
including semi-pro and professional teams!

It will provide Olympic Class training facilities, and in many cases playing facilities, for a variety of sports.
