PROGRAMMING

The Combine will organize and manage nationally, in conjunction with
member clubs, “Training” and “Events”.

Training

All Combine training will be focused on personal player development –
not team development. Where facility parameters permit, any Combine
session will be open to any Combine player member. The objective is to
provide opportunities for serious players to train on a daily basis,
regardless of whether a player’s team is training. It is also the objective to
provide players access to a variety of coaches and coaching styles, across a
wide variety of soccer specific, athletic and related disciplines.
For Canadian players, the opportunity to make enough money playing soccer to finance a future
lifetime is limited to a handful of players, players more often than not with the right passport who
are in the right place at the right time. Therefore getting each player in the Combine an education
is a cornerstone of this program, and training and development programming will be built around,
and will be inclusive of Canadian and American college and university programming.
